DDSRank Announces 2024 Dental Scholarship Winner

The scholarship program, which was started to help students dedicated to a career in dentistry afford an education, is being awarded for the tenth time.

Meet Our 2024 Scholarship Winner: Devan Nahal

Devan is currently a sophomore at Michigan State University, where he’s majoring in Human Biology and minoring in Pharmacology. A dedicated pre-dental student, Devan has set his sights on attending dental school in Michigan for four years after completing his bachelor’s degree. From there, he plans to pursue a four-year residency specializing in oral surgery, ultimately becoming an Oral Surgeon.

Outside of academics, Devan has a variety of interests—he loves sports, going to the gym, hiking (especially when it’s cold out!), watching movies and TV shows, and even baking in his spare time. We’re excited to support Devan on his journey and look forward to seeing the positive impact he’ll make in the dental field!
